Davidson Professional Painting provides residential and commercial painting services to customers in Wisconsin and surrounding areas. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Estimates and Appointments
Estimates are free and valid for 30 days. Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled with advance notice. We reserve the right to adjust service pricing in cases where project details differ from the original estimate.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. We accept cash and check. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

4. Cancellations
To cancel or reschedule a project, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

5. Warranties and Liability
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on labor and materials where applicable. However, Davidson Professional Painting is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Delays due to weather or client availability
• Issues arising from client-supplied materials

6. User Conduct on Website
You agree not to misuse this website for unlawful purposes, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
